How much do the consulting fees cost?
Unfortunately, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer to that. It always depends on the type and scope of the project. Please feel free to contact us.
What services do you offer?
We offer consultation even before you purchase or build a property, guiding you through the entire planning and interior construction process all the way to the final furnishing.
We offer a wide range of products, including furniture, rugs, lamps, curtains, pleated blinds, and accessories—as well as silverware, Italian designer kitchens, and select bathroom fixtures.
Can I buy just individual items?
Of course, you can purchase individual items.
Can I get advice on specific issues without having to redesign my entire apartment or house?
Of course!
We offer a 4-hour package and an 8-hour package. Of course, hourly billing is also available. This allows us, for example, to work together to develop a color scheme or interior design concept.
What price range are you looking at?
We offer products ranging from the "mid-range" to the "high-end." You can get a sense of some of our products on the "Sale" page of our website.
What is the process like when working on a project with you?
First, we’ll have an initial consultation during which you’ll provide us with some basic information: what your needs are, what type of property you’re looking for, what your budget is, and what your timeline is. If possible, we’ll arrange a viewing of the property.
If both parties wish to work together, a contract will be signed.
This is followed by a series of discussions to jointly develop a draft and continue refining it. The end result is a final concept.
Once the design has been approved, we will begin the interior finishing work in collaboration with our partner companies, if necessary and desired. At the same time, we will order the new furnishings so that they are ready as soon as the project is completed.
How long does a project take?
Unfortunately, this varies greatly. It depends on the type and scope of the project. However, it’s safe to say that once the planning phase is complete, it can take 6–8 weeks for the items to be delivered. Almost all items are custom-made to the customer’s specifications, which naturally takes time.
We're still looking for a new home or are currently building one. Can we come see you already?
Absolutely! The sooner, the better. That way, any necessary changes can still be made if they’re required due to specific design preferences.
Do you only provide construction supervision?
We do not offer construction supervision services alone.
We offer this service only as part of our overall projects.
Can I schedule an appointment outside of business hours?
We know that many of our customers are working during our business hours, so we’re happy to assist you at other times as well.
Do you work outside of Baden-Baden?
Sure. We primarily operate in southwestern Germany, but we also regularly take on projects not only throughout Germany but across Europe.
I already have some furniture; is that a problem?
We are more than happy to incorporate existing items that you’ve grown fond of into our design plans.
Where can I park?
During your visit, you are welcome to park in our customer parking spaces in the courtyard. If all spaces happen to be occupied, there is a large public parking lot in front of our showroom.
Do you also offer 3D design services?
As one of Germany's leading interior design firms, we naturally also offer 3D design services.
What style do you work in?
We don’t limit ourselves to a single style; instead, we tailor our work to our clients’ preferences and the specific space we’re designing. That’s why we offer a wide range of styles, from contemporary and Bauhaus to Art Deco and classic.
When can I come see you?
Ideally, you should contact us during the planning phase or before purchasing the property. At this early stage, any necessary changes can be easily incorporated.
I already own a property. Can I still come to you?
Of course, you’re welcome to visit us at any time. Even if the property is already occupied, we can assist you with any changes.
Do you have an online store?
Unfortunately, no. We are not an online retailer. All products in our sale section are sold exclusively in our showroom, not online.
